Congratulations to you for obtaining such a marks. Your raw score would be almost 578 and corresponding rank would be between 2526-3726. You can explore your career opportunities in new IITs, top NITs DTU, BITs and top state level colleges.

I checked my score it's showing 650-670 so what u think , actually I am not interested in doing mtech and I think placement is also not good so without wasting my time I need some good job can you suggest ?

It is not a actual score but predictable. You can also explore your career opportunities in some psu. You have to wait till the declaration of result. If you are interested in teaching then you can join coaching institute like FITJEE, Resonance. They also offer very high package at least 8lpa.
