I am getting cse in NIT durgapur and electrical in jadavpur university.which will be better option for me?please reply.

Both these colleges are amongst the top colleges in the country and they also have very good faculties and placements. Therefore you should make the choice in accordance with whether you are interested in electrical engineering or Computer Science as that will enable you to take decision. Hope this helps. Regards.

NIT Durgapur will be a better option for you than Jadavpur University because of first fact that you are getting Computer science in NIT and the placement status is very great to be it any college whereas in electrical branch you don't get straight placement very easily and you have to give and pass with good marks the GATE examination to get a placement in a good PSU.

And NIT will be valued more than Jadavpur University if you opt for taking your post-graduation from abroad.
Although I leave you the decision on to you and your interest in the branch.

Electrical at Jadavpur University Kolkata will be a good option for you. Placement of Jadavpur is good and also fees is less. The money you spend and the output you are getting will be good for Jadavpur University. Nit Durgapur is not in top nits so leaving it will not regret you. But choose Jadavpur only when you are interested in electrical engineering because its the most vast branch.
