I am getting sleep while studying. Preparing for jeemain july. Give a remedy for it. I am sleeping 5hrs at time. please don't ignore to give a remedy.

Hello,
Many people face the same problem one of the reasons is lack of sound sleep. You need to sleep at least for 7 hours. When you have sound sleep you will be active the next day. Lot of junk food or oily food will make you feeling dozed off. So avoid junk food and eat something healthy and give something lite to your stomach. When you are studying keep a water bottle aside and drink it after every 1 hour or when you feel sleepy. Take 15 minutes break after every 45 mins of constant studying. When you feel sleepy stand up and hold your book to study or walk while studying. Get some fresh air, do slow walking or meditation for 20 mins at least. This is keep your mind fresh and boost your performance. I hope that you find these are helpful.

Hey there

Trust me it's a common problem don't be panic you need to focus on one thing that is to generate interest I know it's the toughest but you really need to generate interest. Lack of interest lead to sleep. I request try to make subjects easy to understand make short notes everytime you study something and revise it everytime you feel sleepy because your brain can't always learn new things it gets tired so why not revise previous things to utilise time as only a few days are left. Sleep properly too it's important.
