I am going to fail in my chemistry ipe 2nd year. Now I have applied for mains, eamcet. Will be able to get a seat in JNTU in a courseIwant?

All of these exams that you mentioned have an eligibility criteria to get admission. In case of EAMCET, candidates need to have passed or appearing in the final year of 12th or equivalent exam from any recognized board with PCM as main subjects.

In case of JEE Mains, candidates must have scored a minimum of 75% in the class 12 board examination.

In case of JNTU, the eligibility criteria is candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with PCM as subjects with minimum 45% marks.

Going by these criterias, sadly you won't be able to get admission through any of the exams if you fail Chemistry.

After writing supplementary exam, you can apply next year.
