I am going to do pg in mg university after ug in calicut university through PGCAP. I chose conventional marking scheme for mark entry. It says that to convert grade to percentage. how to do this ? when I did (cgpa/total grade×100), I got percentage less than my actual grade.what will I do.pls reply
Hello Aishwarya,
To conver CGPA/SGPA into percentage, simply multiply your pointers to 9.5.
For example your one semester CGPA is 7, then do 7 * 9.5 which is 66.5%
and if you have to calculate two semester CGPA
Do multiply each semester's CGPA to 9.5, add them and divide it by 2
Just like that you can take as many semester's CGPA you want.
Divide the sum of multiplication by no of semester's you took.
Hope it helped.
Thank You.
