i am in 11 and i have chosen Commerce+Maths stream and what should I Do for preparation of clat .
Hope you are doing well .
According to me you should first thouroghly check the syllabus of clat and then buy a book which has all the previous year papers .. Then my advice is that you should join a good coaching and since you are now just in class 11 th you have 2 years in your hand for the preparations if not 2 then surely 1 year before your boards which is good to understand the nerve of the exam .. Joining the coaching will give you various advantages like - More questions to practise , Regular test series , Healthy Competitions, etc. And if you follow this diligently.. Then my friend no one can stop you from cracking CLAT in the first go.. ALL THE BEST .
Hii Samrat..
The test pattern of clat exam is follow-
- English including Comprehension
- General Knowledge and current Affairs
- Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability)
- Legal Aptitude
- Logical Reasoning
The break up of marks is as follows - English 40, General Knowledge:50, Mathematics:20, Logical Reasoning:40 and Legal Reasoning:50.
For preparation of clat exam you can read general knowledge and current affairs books. The mathematical section is not very tough in the exam and you can expect good results if you have clear concepts of basic class 10th level maths. You can solve reasoning part as per your convenience increasing the level of difficulty day by day. You need to have a good knowledge of legal aptitude to score good, so practice it well.
As you have enough time to polish yourself and thus taking advantage of this try to learn things on a small yet regular basis.
Best of luck for your future.
