You are in class 11th and you are willing to give NDA exam so here we are providing all the eligibility criteria for NDA exam



For  Air force and naval Wings of Defence Academy and 10 + 2  cadet entry scheme you are  not eligible as per the latest guidelines--- dear i am feeling sad by informing you that you are from commerce stream and as per the latest guidelines available you cannot apply for NDA 2019 as NDA entrance exam syllabus consist of physics chemistry and maths and as you are from commerce stream so you cannot give the exam



#But for army wing of National Defence Academy you you can give NDA exam but after completing 12th as they require pass certificate of 12th



As per the latest data and information which specifies the requirements an aspiring candidate must meet in order to be eligible for appearing in the exam. Aspirants planning to take the exam must satisfy various criteria such as nationality, age, academic qualification and physical fitness before they proceed to fill NDA



# NATIONALITY ELIGIBILITY



All the candidates need to qualify the eligibility criteria pertaining to nationality. To be eligible for NDA 2018, a candidate must be either one of the following:



#A citizen of India



#A subject of Nepal



#A subject of Bhutan



##AGE LIMIT



It should be clearly noted that only unmarried male candidates, who are born not earlier than July 02, 1999 and not later than July 01, 2002, are eligible for NDA



QUALIFICATION ELIGIBILITY



Four Army wing of National Defence Academy- Pass certificate in 10+2 exams via recognized board or a University.



ForAIRFORCE AND NAVAL WINGS OF DEFENCE ACADEMY AND FOR 10+2 CADET ENTRY SCHEME-Candidate should have passed Class 12th exam in the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University



IMPORTANT NOTE-----  It must be noted that candidates studying in Class 11 are not eligible for appearing in NDA 2018 exam. Additionally, those candidates who have failed INSB / PABT earlier will not be considered eligible for recruitment in Air Force



Those candidates, who are currently studying in Class 12 at the time of application, must submit proof of passing the exam by deadline



#So as per all the information we can conclude that you cannot give NDA exam for airforce and naval wings of National



# But you can give exam Army wing of National Defence Academy after completing the 12th

The eligibility criteria include nationality, age limit, educational qualification and physical standard. As per NDA eligibility criteria 2019, candidates must be between 16.5 and 19.5 years of age. Candidates having appeared or appearing in class 12 (10+2) examination are eligible to appear for NDA 2019.Currently, you are not eligible for NDA exam.

For Air Force & Naval of NDA and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with physics and mathematics subjects.

As you asked that are you eligible to give nda exam with commerce field then , yes you are eligible for the nda exam.

But, if you opted only plan commerce without additional maths subject, then you are eligible to apply only for the nda's army wing force and not for the air force and naval forces.

And, if you also had opted maths in addition to commerce then you can apply for all the 3 forces by nda exam.

Also, for appearing in the exam to have to clear 10+2 exams or can apply when you are in the last year of it.
