As you want to withdraw your admission from the current college so I don't think you will face any problem in getting all your documents.

You just have to fulfill the formalities of withdrawing admission and you will get all your relevant documents back from the college.

If you are concerned for getting the certificate of BA then sorry dear no college will provide you any certificate without completing your course and clearing all the exams.
