In NEET when it comes to the educational qualification required, the criteria is as below:

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.

Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
So it is not required that you have to complete your B.Sc final year and the exam. But my opinion would be to give the exams as it would be better to have that degree with you and not just waste your two years of hardwork and effort.
