i am in class 11 , and i am quite skeptical about my study pattern for clat . pls suggest a good study schedule and how hours should i devout for clat prep and for particular subjects for clat ?

*Go well through your CLAT syllabus ,List of best books which you can follow to master CLAT syllabus is given below subject wise :-

GK & CURRENT AFFAIRS

*Manorama Year Book
*General Knowledge by Arihant Publications
*Current Affairs Yearly by Arihant Publications

LOGICAL REASONING

*A Modern Approach to Logical Reasoning by RS Aggarwal

LEGAL REASONING

*Legal Awareness and Legal Reasoning by Pearson
*Objective Legal Aptitude by Rs Agarwal

QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE

*Fast Track Objective Arithmetic, Arihant Publications
*Quantitative Aptitude for Competitive Examinations by Pearson's

ENGLISH

*Objective General English by R S Aggarwal
*Word Power Made Easy by Norman

*A major part of your Clat question paper are from the gk and current affairs section , so focus more on them, read news papers like The Hindu, Financial Express, and The Economist on daily basis to keep you updated

*Make a routine or a time table and religiously follow it , keep short breaks of 20 to 30 minutes after every 2.5 to 3 hours , subject wise time which you should devote towards your studies is given below:-

  • English :- 1 to 1.5 hour is enough
  • General Knowledge and Current affairs:- 1 hours
  • Elementary Mathematics:- 1.5 hours
  • Legal Aptitude:-  2 hours
  • Logical Reasoning:- 1.5 hours

*Revise at regular intervals as syllabus is wide

*Solve CLAT previous year question papers and mock test papers ;- You should solve these , it will give you idea of types of questions asked and their difficulty level and will help you a lot.

*Go through CLAT mock test papers
