See its good to know that you want to prepare for ias civil service exam from a very early stage, you must know that to become eligible for ias exam you need to have a graduation degree in any discipline, since you are in 9th standard you need to pass 10th, 12th and graduation exam which is three stages to clear before Ias, however right now you can learn daily about current affairs, english grammers, synonyms, comprehension and any good books for current affairs , indian history.
