I am in diploma 3rd year. I want to more study and can't think what I do so please advice me what I have option after diploma(ME) .

You have myraid of opportunities in front of you
If you prepare for laterial entry exam and if you score good score you can entroll in good college .
If you can please try to study in either of the iites and this gives you lots of opportunities
