Yes it is absolutely possible. But check in with your college as sometimes private college do not release the documents you might need during the time of the admission.
Also some colleges ask to pay the full fees.

Thanks I am in government dental college in ahemdabad gujrat, yesterday i visit my collage they told me that if i cancel my admission so i can not tack admission in medical fild for 4 years there is any rules like this
