I am left with only 2 nd half months. If I study from now onward will I be able to crack gate with good marks?

Yes, you definitely will be able to crack GATE with a good score but for that you need to strategise your preparation in a clean, quick and hassle free way. Read and try to follow the steps given below:
Be sorted with the GATE syllabus: Revise the topics you already know thoroughly, now practice the ones you know but you are not confident about. DON'T start topics which you don't know at all.
Know the exam pattern: This will help you sort the topics according to their weightage, so better do the topics with more weightage first.
Practice sample papers in abundance: It is very important for you to practice the sample papers of GATE on daily basis for these two months left. This will help you analyse your shortcomings and allow you to work on them with the time left.
