I myself have missed the exam dated 22nd sept due to heavy traffic and rain. You should mail maharashtra.cetcell@gmail.com that you have missed the exam by giving a proper reason and request for a re exam . You must also visit the main mht cet cell in mumbai ,you can find their address on their official site.

You cannot get appear for MHT CET 2021 if you have missed to appear for MHT CET 2021. The entrance examination cannot be re-scheduled or you can't take re-test. You may have to apply for admission in any college/entrance examination or wait until next year to apply for MHT CET and appear for MHT CET 2022.
