ug degree mam, for icet counselling 5th sem fail i wrote instant so I shall carry 5th sem results xerox and previous sem marks xerox and shall I attend apicet counselling for tomorrow mam

Also mention the name of the exam of whose counseling you want to attend
Yes , you can attend the counselling , take the print out of your result if you already got your results , or carry your previous Semester's result memo along with you and tell them the same.
