Since you are a non-resident under EAMCET criteria and also since even your parents are not local residents to the state, you are only entitled to the seats in counseling reserved under the percentage for the non local residents and can only get admission to those seats only if you secure sufficient rank in EAMCET to meet the cutoff ranks for the seats reserved for the non-local residents under EAMCET 2019.
