I am not from Telangana but studied my entire life in Telangana, am I local or non local?

as you have studied there you entire life ,you will be considered as a local while seeking college admissions you may have to provide a nativity certificate.But most college look at the fact that you are a local student and have been studying in telangana and they will consider that
