You must look at the following points for gaining certificate after completion of course from Coursera:

• You have paid for the Certification
  If you won't pay for the certification then you will be given to access the course and study but no certificate of course completion would be provided by Coursera
• If paid, check mail ID and Accomplishments in Coursera menu
  Coursera sends certificate link to the mail and you can also access your Certificate from "Accomplishments" section in Coursera Website
