I am not able to go with maths in engineering now am in 2nd year ece nd going to opt bcom next year and im not at all intrestd in ece btch

No issues.For sure you can opt for B.com.It very necessary to understand what one really want to study and what exactly drives you to become and you should feel happy that you are taking such a decision.
Now coming to the field you want to enter next then let me inform you that commerce is a very good feild where you can peruse career in so many different things like management,accounting etc.You can further do MBA too.
