I'm doing engineering in ME but my last semester is not being cleared so can I applied for B.com???????

Dear Aspirant,
When you are about to finish your course why are you want to leave it in midway , just because of back logs ,if you go for a BCom you would need another 3 years to complete your graduation , when you can complete your B Tech in much less time.
