I am not much better in math subject but I love computer and coding and also interested in Ethnical Hacking . if I get btech in CSE is good?

Yes, it will be good if you go for CSE branch if you are interested in Ethical hacking. CSE is the best branch for it and also have good scope in the future.

You can also pursue some courses such as JAVA, Advanced JAVA, C++, etc. to be a good programmer and hacker in future.
