i am obc (Ncl) candidate.my father annual income is 2lakh to 5lakh and my mother income is upto 50,000.i am very confused about did i make any mistake to choose that option or i am still under OBC(NCL) Or not?please help..

You have not clearly mentioned whether your mother's income is annual or monthly. You will come under OBC- Non creamy layer if your parents income is below eight lakhs per annum. So if your mother's income is 50,000 per month then the income limit is crossing eight lakhs so you don't come under OBC- NCL.
You can claim OBC NCL reservation
1. If any one of your parents is an employee of central government and is working under group C or group D then you claim OBC-NCL reservation.
2. If your parents annual income is less than eight lakhs.
