Dear Reshmi
The candidates eligible for for Mop Up Round are-
a) who are registering for the first time.
b) who have registered but not been allotted a seat in Round I & Round II.
c) All candidates except those who are holding a seat of Round I or Round II.
As you have not opted for Online Deemed/Central Universities UG Counseling-2019, you need to register for round-2 for the same or can directly go for mop-up round with making new registration and payments.
Though, if you would had applied for both AIQ and for Deemed University then you would have to pay only the higher fee i.e. of Deemed University Rs. 5000/- (counselling/registration) plus Rs 2,00,000/- (security amount).
Hope this helps you.
