Yes, You are eligible to write JEE Main But You will not be able to get IITs and NITs unless you are in the Top 20 percentile of that board. However You can Join the remaining colleges, The Registration Process for JEE Main January has been closed and the Registration Process for the JEE Main April will commence from February 8 Onwards.
