Yes, if you are studying in 12th and about to give the board exam then you can appear for IMU -CET.

Students who are appearing for class 12th exam are eligible to apply for the IMU CET. Students have to pass the 12th standard examination with minimum 60% marks from a recognized board/university with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

The eligibility criteria for IMUCET is that a candidate must pass 10+2 with atleast 50% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and atleast 60% aggregate in English from a recognised board or university.However, for SC/ST candidates there is a relaxation for minimum aggregate percentage but relaxation is not given for minimum percentage requirement in English.
So, yes only those candidates who have passed 10+2 can apply for IMUCET.
But the application form will be available from April, 2020 and the last date to apply is in the month of May, 2020 which will be announced soon.So if your 10+2 results are declared within the last date for online application, you can apply for it provided that you must obtain 12th certificate and must have secured minimum percentage requirement.
