MH-CET is for students of maharashta or born in maharashtra.

If you are not born in maharashtra than DOMICILE certificate.

Which will be required during document verification and without that you can't complete your admission form

Yes you can apply for Maharashtra Common Entrance Test MHT-CET which will be conducted in May 2019 between 3rd and 13th May. The eligibility is that the candidate must be Indian and must score a minimum of 50% in 12th standard.
