yes you can definitely apply. neet ug exam has no age limit for applying. as you have already completed b.sc course your code will be code 7, according to code 7, any other examination which in scope or equivalent with 10+2 course includes physics, chemistry , biology or biotechnology from a recognized board, and have practical exams on PCB and must satisfy the qualifying marks criteria. for general category, 50% aggregate in PCB, sc/st/obc it is 40%.
