Hello Aspirant,

First of all let me make you clear that only OBC- Non-Creamy Layer is considered under reservation category and OBC- Creamy Layer is considered as General/Unreserved category. And as you have scored just 43% marks in class 12th PCB so you are not eligible for NEET as per the latest eligibility criteria of NEET. Latest eligibility criteria for NEET clearly states that any Unreserved/General candidate must have scored 50% marks in class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects.
