Since you are a ST candidate, your Category Rank of JEE Advanced will be taken into consideration for admission through JoSAA Counselling. If you refer to previous years' data, you will find, in 2020, a ST category candidate was required to achieve Category Rank 887 - 664 to get admission to any non-core branch in IIT, Delhi. Furthermore, to get admission in core engineering branches, your rank must be below 400.
On the other hand, in order to get chance to grab a seat for Computer Science and Engineering , your result must be exceptionally good as the competition is high and cutthroat for that stream. In 2020, the Cutoff Rank prescribed for ST-Female candidates for CSE was just 32.
