I am studying civil in dsce banglore.Is it possible to leave the college , as all my important documents are with them. Will they return it.

I am here for helping you..
you are doing civil engineering from DSE Bangalore and you want to leave your college but you are concerned about that your documents are with them
so I want to inform you that you can definitely leave college if you are not willing to do do engineering and your interested not toward it,
And for that you will have to contact to your college register office, and remember that you definitely will have to give a proper reason so that they could return your documents.

My acadmics are not good and I don't think that I can make a career in civil but since my childhood I have a great intrest in geology and earth science so I want to study it, and I can definitely make a good career in tha. Is this a valid reason.

No this will not be a proper reason you can modify this reason as: something like you have some finential issue or you are leaving this city etc.
