That means you are eligible for JEE mains and JEE advance for this academic year, 2021-22. Then after this attempt you'll have remaining 2 attempts for JEE mains and one attempts for JEE advance. Meaning you can further give your Jee mains and advance in 2022-23 year and JEE mains in the year 2024.

No, you are not eligible for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced 2021. The eligibility criteria state that the candidate who has passed their 10+2 level or is going to give their 10+2 level exam in that year is eligible to give JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. So as you entered your 10+2 level in 2021 you are not eligible to give JEE Main and JEE Advanced in 2021 but you will be eligible to give JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2022. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the NTA JEE Mains 2022 exam date and registration details soon. The notification consisting of the exam dates will be released on its official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in.

No, by the time you reached 12 th standard in 2021 JEE Mains 2021 and JEE Advanced 2021 were started and you were still in 11 th standard while these exams were conducted.
For JEE Mains 2021, Students in their 12 th standard in 2021 and students passed their 12 th standard in 2020 and 2021 are eligible. Similarly in your case in JEE Mains 2024.
You are eligible to write JEE Mains exam in the year 2022, 2023 and 2024. You can attempt JEE Mains three times in consecutive years and JEE Advanced in two times.
