I appeared for ssc cgl 2021 and cleared tier 1. My tier 2 exam is due this january , 2022. Now, that the ssc cgl 2022 notification is out, Can I apply for it too? is there a problem if I apply again while i am already writing tier 2 exam of previous year.?

Yes .. you can apply for SSC CGL 2022 .. Just you need to satisfy the required criteria ..
If you have appeared for SSC CGL 2021 , and cracked tier 1 .. then the recruitment process will continue as per 2021 further exam schedule , and based on tentative vacancy.
So.. you can apply for SSC CGL 2022 .. the recruitment process will continue based on their yearly exam based schedule !
