I Appeared in gate 2020..and I secured 21 marks in it... with this marks can i get any college??... if not then should I take a drop or not ?? Please suggest me what should I do next

If you belong to the general category then you do not meet the cutoff score for the GATE 2020.What you want to do depends on your interest, if you want to go for the government engineering exams then apart from gate you can give Junior Engineer exam which is a lot easier than comparison to GATE.
I dont think dropping a year is worth it you can rather do job in a company and prepare for GATE side by side, since suppose if you could not crack it next time you can have job as a backup plan.
You can give SSC CGL exam if you want any other government job.
