i appered in round 1 counselling but didnt pay the seat acceptance fee so in round 2 i was alloted no new seat but i chose float in 1. now in 3 i again filled choices and been alltd a seat now do i need to pay seat acceptnce fee in round 3 and 4 again and will it be withdrawl

You would have to pay the seat acceptance fee in order to accept your seat and if you want to withdraw from the counselling then some charges would be charged for the counselling, and the rest amount will be refunded back. But if you fo not pay the fees your seat will not be confirmed.
