I have been alloted a seat in josaa counselling round 1 and I have chosen float option?Do I need to pay seat acceptance fees?

First of all let me clear you that what is float in josaa counselling.
Float - If you got alloted any seat and you want admission to an academic program higher preference in any other colleges / Institute, then you can take part in further round of josaa counselling. And if you get any higher preference seat then you will accept it. Else, you will have continue with your currently accepted allotted seat.
So, if you got any higher preference seat or branch then you can accept it and after that you have to pay the seat acceptance fees. Otherwise if you don't get any higher preference branch then your previously allotted seat will remain and therefore for accepting, you have to pay the seat acceptance fees for your previously allotted branch.
