There's no option option of obc creamy layer in neet, as  there's no reservation for it. Creamy layer OBC candidates are those whose parents annual income is more than 8 lakhs per annum and they are not eligible for reservation

BC -1is a subcategory of OBC ncl in many states at state level.

Now,

As per neet information brochure 2021 those who belong to OBC nclcategory at state level but are not in the centre list need to select general as their category while filling the Neet application form.

So,

Whether you should choose OBC NCL while filling Neet application form or not depends upon whether you are in the central list of OBC NCL or not. The link for the central OBC ncl list is provided below

Thus, if you are in the central list of OBC NCL then only you can choose OBC NCL as your category Otherwise you must choose general category in the application form and the omr sheet as well.

In case,
If you don't belong to obc ncl at central level then don't worry,
While filling the form of state counselling you can definitely choose bc-1 because at state level you belong to bc-1 and in state counselling form categories options are there as per that particular state's  reservations  categories and you can avail reservationbut for all India counselling you need to participate as a general category .

• SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender :- 800

• Foreign candidate :- 7500

*And finally you should take the printout of confirmation page.
