We have the data in form of All India Ranks (CRL). So for DTU, ECE the cutoffs were in 2018 as :

For round 1 closing rank was 36400(open rank) for SC for ECE. For outsider student. For round 5 it was 103497 (open rank) for SC for ECE. For outsider student.

Since you have not provided your open category I cannot answer your question. But you can check for yourself based on the information I provided in this answer.
