I belong to telangana state.i got 23911 AIR . can I expect seat in govt colleges in telangana.what certificate are required for admission into MBBS in state level counseling as well as all india counseling.

Since your NEET score is in the range of lakhs, you will not get any seats in MBBS or BDS colleges through the All India quota Seats. Since you have a domicile of Telangana, you can expect private BDS colleges through the State Quota seats (85%)/ Here is a list of a few of them:
