I belong to telangana,I have got seat in bds college in the first phase of counselling.Should I join to become eligible for 2nd counselling?

I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, If you want to participate in the 2nd round of counseling then you can cancel/reject the seat before the due date by visiting RC/Institution. If you don't cancel it before the due date then they consider that you accepted the seat and then you are not eligible to participate in any further rounds.
