Your cutoff is 190 and you are asking a seat in MIT for CS group.Well answer is if you belong to BC,MBC,OC,BCM then it will be hardly difficult for you to get seat in MIT since the closing cutoff for last year is around 195.Else you Belong to SC,SCA,ST then you will have a chance to get seat in MIT campus for CS group.
