I belongs to EWS and I got 12,000 rank in my JEE.Can I expect any NIT for CSE or EEE or ECE and my home state is Andhra Pradesh?

you got very good rank in JEE MAINS 2019 but CSE, ECE and EEE are the branches of very high cut off's so getting these branches in top NIT's is very difficult you can choose other branches and I personally recommend you to write JEE ADVANCED 2019 you may get a good IIT .
