I born in Kerala and Bought up Mumbai. My Caste is in Central List of OBC Kerala. Can i apply for OBC-NCL in Kerala by my Birth Certificate and proof of my father's income ?. [Note:- My Family doesn't have Ration Card in kerala, Except adhar and Ration, all father's documents have address of kerala]

Hello Abhinav. I'm having the same query. I was born in Kerala n bought up in Delhi. Will I be able to obtain OBC NCL from Kerala. Did you applied for one n what happened afterwards.

Hello Abhinav....
There are few points regarding these-
1.Address in your aadhaar card it is of kerala or mumbai,
2.You can make domicile certificate of kerala that would ease your path further
3.And in your caste certificate is of kerala that would not be any problem
it is fine you can apply.
