Since you haven't mentioned your academic status,it is difficult to predict whether solving 65%  H.C Verma is enough or not.If you are talking about Boards,then NCERT is enough to prepare for Boards.But solving questions through H.C Verma would help you clear your concepts.Since you have already solved 65% of H.C Verma then only 35% is left for you to clear.Keep working hark and practicing.
