I think you are a dropper. You must have applied for neet and ICAR  last year and entered the agricultural University.

to answer your question yes you can get admission into the same college or University which you earlier admitted to.

There would be no problems whatsoever.

But please check with your University first. Some University have a provision that if a student leaves after the first semester exam he can again re join in the second semester.

I know a person who after the first semester exam didn't register for the second semester as she was preparing for NEET and was quite confident of getting a seat that year. She was a dropper.

But she didnt get the marks she thought she would get and then she readmitted to our college in 2nd semester this year. This is possible. But please check with your University.

If you have appeared for the first semester exam and didn't register for 2nd semester you may get admission directly into second semester and you would be able to to start classes when the second semester starts.
