If you are finding it difficult to log into your Account on IGNOU Samarth portal then first thing you should do is contact the IGNOU Authorities.

------ You should mail the authorities at the  below mentioned mailing address

csrc@ignou.ac.in (mailto:csrc@ignou.ac.in)

----- Don't forget to add details such as your Name, Enrollment Number, Course you are pursuing and the year in which you took admission.
