Coursera has a audit course and a complete course. In audit course, you won't be getting any certificate. You need buy the certificate for the audit course. But if you have bought the entire course already and you didn't receive any certificate, there must be some problem. I suggest you to kindly wait you will receive your certificate soon.

If you opted for Coursera course for free, then it won't be able to provide you certificate, because free course doesn't include certificate of completion.

And if you had a paid/aided course then you must check your profile, in Accomplishments section or in Completed Course section where in you will find 'Get Certificate' option aligned with the course name. Coursera even sends the link to access the certificate on your registered E-mail ID as well, you may check that as well.
