I can't recover my account. I have filled in all details need to make the payment but my password is not working. Even tried forget the password but the new one doesn't work too. What can I do?

You have said that you have your new password but it still not working. I would recommend you to try some time later, because sometimes the servers are down and while logging in there can be some problems. So try again later. I would be better to go for tomorrow. So if you still can't do it tomorrow as well, then I would recommend you to contact the helpline of the School of Open learning, University of Delhi.
