I'm a student of ba programme in school of open learning.... they provide us online classes on weekends...also they provide classes in physical mode but management of school of open learning is not so good...
The University of Delhi provides an excellent range of infrastructure that includes a library system which consists of a central library complex, FMS Library, Central Science Library, East Asian Studies Library, Law Library, Ratan Tata Library, South Campus Library, Braille Library (On DU Intranet) and all the library functions run on technical and digital mode while providing e-resources, e-books, e-journals, etc.
The infrastructure of thr college is great . I have seen the campus vibes and the infrastructure is quite good and better than other college too. As well as the college is beautiful too from inside and good place to hangout with friends. TThe facility is quite good the wifi , smart boards are there in class room for better learning.

Recently, UGC has approved a proposal to allow students to pursue two degree programmes at the same time. One of the degrees has to be in the regular mode and the other either in open and distance learning or online. However, in case you're asking if you can get in both the Universities in regular mode then it is not possible.
Also, there are a lot of universities who are not yet accepting the dual degree policy. They may accept it from a year or so as it was released this year. So you should get in contact with the college to know more about it.
