Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.
Yes, they are eligible to submit a Jee Main application and participate in the test. However, it is pointless since no school would admit them because the primary criterion for entrance to a btech programme is the PCM exam. No, in order to be eligible for JEE Main and Advanced, you must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 12th grade or above. You may be able to sit for the JEE Main and Advanced exams, and your rank may be announced (because they only verify XII board results during admissions since 2017), but you will not be allowed to apply for admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs, or other government-sponsored institutions. As a PCB student, you are eligible to register for JEE Main. Appearing does not pose any legal ramifications. You will be deemed ineligible for JOSAA counselling at this point. Why, on the other hand, would you waste your time, energy, and money by taking a test that will be of no value to you? You are needlessly increasing the number of people in the room. When preparing for medical school, focus on NEET, AIIMS, and JIPMER; if you wish to pursue a bachelor's degree, concentrate on board exams. If you want to experience what it is like to take a genuine exam, enrol in a test series offered by any tutoring centre.
Hope you got the answer to your question. Incase of any queries, feel free to question. Have a great day!
